Well it's just my opinion that they suck. Just as it is just someone elses opinion that HCTB is terrible. But over the years I have come to see Anything For Love as a really lame song. There is a lot I don't like about it. Same goes for TIWIMTBY and Rebel Without A Clue. These are three minute songs stretched out for far too long. Other Steinman songs I don't like are Dance In My Pants, More Than You Deserve, Nowhere Fast, Everything Is Permitted and the Whistle Down The Wind songs. But I did think Tanz was cool, I have the cast recording. I like the other songs Jim did with Bonnie and I love most of BFG and Original Sin. I must admit I don't know about all the projects Jim has been involved with as many of you do.
Not that I like everything Meat Loaf has done. Midnight is awful aside from the title track. I don't really like anything from Dead Ringer and BBIS and Bad Attitude have some bad songs too and TMIL is the absolute worst thing ever! I hate it with a passion! And I don't like the rap bits from Handbasket. But I love Bat 1, Bat 2, WTTN, CHSIB and HCTB and most of Handbasket and I am really looking forward to what Jim and Meat come up with for the next album.
