| I've seen quite a few shows that run around 2 hr 50. While it is good to tighten things up, I just hope they don't overdo it. I haven't heard complaints about there being too many songs so taking out one like Good Girls (which is obviously from a Bat album) seems a bit much (unless it really just doesn't fit, but again no one has said anything like that). The only thing I could cite as a reason for shortening it, is similar to what Meat was told back in the late 70s...if you're performing those songs like that every night you're going to get burn out, and at the moment it's two pretty much back to back performances so massively challenging. But then again, that's like most theatre productions so...who knows.
