I agree.
I like his older voice, but I don't expect him to sound like he's 28 anymore either. The low notes he gets on this album I love because he hasn't seemed to embrace his lower register.
I love listening to it from beginning to end, like Meat suggests, and hearing all the layers and finding new things, still.
I'm like this with Jim's other work too, did a deep listen of Bad for Good just a few nights ago. It kills me and brings me back to life every time.
