He probably could, similar to Dee Steers with her Jim album "The Future Ain't What It Used To Be". Everyone would send in an order to her website and they'd send it out. But it's hard for me to wrap my head around the idea of not being able to go to a shop and find the new Meat Loaf album, and not having the anxiety of it getting lost in the mail.
