| There seemed to be some mild optimism here as Meat sang Johnny B Goode in a bar a few months ago. Some also feel he intentionally sang in a deeper tone on the Braver album. Personally, I don’t know if he really has any recording left in him. I also kind of feel the tone on Braver was because he can no longer sing the Jim songs. I was shocked to learn he planned to continue recording with the strange 13 roads to bat album or whatever it was supposed to be called. I guess I just got the excitement of possibly having one final release but it’s been a few years now.
