It's very easy to unscramble, Mr Egg. You replace the "(at)" with an "@", and the "(dot)" with a ".", hence revealing an email address. It's an attempt to prevent those nasty robot things from picking up his email address, sending him spam, setting fire to his modem and raping his children. Or something like that.
