I absolutely love Jim's version... and I'm a huge fan of Barbra Streisand's interpretation... Meat's version is good... but somehow doesn't do it for me emotionally, though I loved his interpretation on stage... not everyone brings out a chair and a lamp in the middle of a concert... lol My ABSOLUTE favourite version, however, is the Swedish version by Cecilia Vennersten... such a wonderful translation... I LOVE the lyrics in this... What's your take?? -K- > who sings the best cover of left in the dark
