Stanley Snadowsky, co-owner of New York’s historic Bottom Line died in Las Vegas Monday.

Stanley Snadowsky, a music-loving lawyer who helped launch the career of KISS and for 30 years co-owned the iconic Village club the Bottom Line, died Feb. 25 at his home in Las Vegas. He was 70.

He had been suffering from diabetic complications for the past year, according to his daughter Leslie, who said he died holding the hands of his family and listening to Meat Loaf’s “Bat Out of Hell” album.
