Whatever happens, I just hope they don't call it Bat out of Hell 4, because it just doesn't seem right, or it invalidates TMIL. Yeah, I know, it says Bat 3 on the front cover. But it'd be like Cameron coming along and doing Terminator 5 after the last two films. Just awkward.
