Rocke Meets Classic / Bonnie Tyler

Bonnie was part of the that 20-something date tour (mainly in Germany) alongside Chris Thompson (MM Earth Band), Steve Augeri (Journey), Eric Bazilian (Hooters) and Paul Rogers (Free, Bad Company, Queen).

She suffered from a cold and therefore missed dates in between. Managed to see the show three times although I am not that into Bonnie, but it was a must see with the inclusion of Steinmusic performed by the original artist and an orchestra.

She did TETH as her opening song (how can you follow that?) and ended with Hero. In between Simmply the Best, Its a Heartache (still embaressing to me) and her Desmond Child co-write Eurovision song Believe In Me. That song sounds fine to me, but will most likely fail big time in the competition.

She performed ok to me, but i have to admit that on a date she missed the background singers doing the lead in Jims songs left me not too unhappy about her absence.

Great nights of music anyhow, especially Eric Bazilian was impressing.
