I really > have to disagree with Tim Rice that Phantom was ALW's > weakest score. Starlight Express, I must confess. I have the album on vinyl. But I don't have the original on vinyl. My issue is with Starlight Express is that they could have left it alone like Cats instead of all the changes it's had over the years. The original cast album is still my favourite although I've heard that it doesn't represent the full score. "Phantom" has a wonderful score. | |
