When I heard it for the first time, (and they actually included "There are secrets I never can tell" which just felt so wonderful to hear, it must have impacted on my enjoyment of the song too), I thought. Yes. This one track's all I need to hear. It's done. It's complete. Catharsis. I'm not even talking about the enjoyment and everything else. They just corrected that in that one song and felt so relieved for them. That they got that chance. And that I got to listen to it. And yeah, to me, it's up there with "Anything For Love" and "For Crying Out Loud". Ellen and Karla singing together on the second half when everything goes crazy turned my blood cold. And then Meat bursting in and it felt like you could HEAR them just step aside at that moment as he launched into his own volly. Fkn magical. That's the best I can do right now to explain it.
And you can even SEE Karla smiling on this. Know how she smiles and is all bubbly and positive? I can see her through the recording smiling as she sings. And then Ellen's in the background longing for a cigarette.
