| Favorite:: Going all the Way, Who Needs the Young, and Godz Least Favorite Skull of Your Country: Come in the Night is one of my top five favorite songs. I don't understand why if you have a ready made masterpiece you would cut it down so much. The album would have been much better off with the full Come in the Night in the place of "Skull" and More Although nothing is going to top the recording of Jim singing the opening "Come in the night" I wish Meat had recorded the whole thing. The differences between the original Loving You's a Dirty Job and the version on Braver are big. Just compare the line "Oh you're never going to see it," which is surprising especially given how much Meat goes on about performing a song versus just singing one. | |
