It was completely broken for about the last 12 hours or something, all it said was "We are sorry. There has been a technical problem. Please try again in a few min"
So... whatever it is that can trigger that specific error message from the forum software, that's what's happening and needs to stop.
I wish I could lend a hand in fixing it.
