Yes. Research, in academics, is that thing you cite, not just declare. Your Broadway source is one that you consider reliable, but is not necessarily reliable. I don't know why your ears are not permitting you to be your own source. First you tell me to compare the vocals of such and so to Rory's and there are none; then you tell me that no, it isn't Rory, it is Lovett, when all the while, you struggle to accept that it is Jim's voice, all the same, on all these songs. How hard is that? I don't have the recording of "Whistle Down The Wind" so I don't have that available. But I have a sneaky suspicion we might find another argument if I did. I don't want to argue, and I don't want to repeat myself. I have some doubts of the reliability of your Broadway source. But not doubts that you have one.
