Wow. Some pretty crazy theories on this review.
The sweat thing, I believe, is a joke. I do not think the reviewer actually thought that Meat Loaf could provide anyone with "fresh water" from his sweat. In all likelihood, he did not use "fresh water" to distinguish it from "salt water," which would actually comprise sweat.
Also, it's not like he used a variety of languages. Long words do not constitute foreign ones, and most English words have origin elsewhere. So...
I'm glad the review is positive, though.
