Sorry to correct an antipodean or is it an Oceanian now?
This has 63 characters (and is the upper (old) part of the village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. The ending "uchaf" is the welsh for "higher" or "upper".
