This isn't just Meat btw, but in general. I have found in the United States where I know of such a thing as Ticket Brokers, that tickets are artificially sold out by virtue of these legalized scalpers taking up thousands of them. When the demand they need (they jack up prices maybe sometimes ten times of the ticket price) they might decide to work a backroom deal to put those tickets back on sale in the proper channels. Even if someone's Aunt Belinda (I hope you don't actually have an Aunt Belinda) is singing at the neighborhood concert hall, the legalized scalpers (not really, because who cares about Auntie Belinda, but this is an example) could consume all of the seats for their own resales to markup ticket buyers. Then, look, more tiks are available for Auntie's show after all! I realize that there was a slump period, but I think I've been hearing that demand has been very high for attendance at the current shows.
