Never heard of it, but it reminds of a time when I lived in Sheffield (Yorkshire, England) and me and Mrs Pud went swimming and some little twat took a big shit in the pool. I'd never seen so many kids and adults running in sheer pandemonium.
We asked the manager for a refund and he said it wasn't his fault, so I told him it certainly wasn't my fault someone shat in the pool. We got our refund.
