I agree, if Jim forces songs into the show without decent dialogue or story, then that's gonna suck.
It worked for Mama Mia because that's so cheesy from start to finish all the songs fit right in. We Will Rock You doesn't work fo me, because Ben Elton forces the songs into a really shit story. In fact Ben Elton should just stay the fuck away from musicals full stop.
