I kind of agree with conas. I thought the Simpsons was just and average episode stretched out to 90 minutes. Now an average Simpsons episode is still pretty good, but I was expecting more.
Transformers (which I just watched an hour ago) was a movie I didn't have high expectations of but I enjoyed it. The special effects seemed to use too much of the Battlestar Galactica "shakey-cam" effect, which I found confusing. I couldn't always tell who was who and who got hit where.
