I'd be in two minds (oh no schitzo Pud) whether to have it on a 'Best of' or not. Reason being, would it be a 'Steinman's Greatest Hits'? which clearly it wouldn't be, or Steinman's greatest songs?, which it might or might not be depending on personal tastes.
IACBTMN, AFL, BOOH, REAW, LITD, OS, TEOTH, HOFAH, ML, NMW, DRFL are all obvious choices that should be included, then we start to get a bit sticky on the rest.
