First of all, why did Susan have to hijack this thread with three rambling posts talking about stuff not at all related to this post. (Except the last, which was merely tangentially.)
Secondly, it would seem that if he won a lawsuit, that Meat would have still been unable to record it. But perhaps once it is released in America, you cannot deny someone cover rights (it's almost automated and rather simple to do online if you have a credit card).
Anyone else throw in their two-cents, or perhaps some concrete evidence one way or the other?
