| The most overriding impression I got from Rink was that he and Jim are great friends who are lucky enough to work together on something they love. Although my memory has faded slightly over the last couple of months I seem to remember him referring to the various projects by saying "Jim's doing this" about some, or "We're doing this" about others. This gives me the impression that to some extent Jim is involved in everything at this stage, but Jim is also working on some things that Steve is not involved with. What he told us about The Dream Engine was that the developments were on the logistical, personnel, financial side which is the area which Steve can take a lead, with only executive input from Jim. What he can't assist Jim with is the writing, which is what I assume he meant when he said "Jim is working on ..." with no mention of his own involvement. This I assume is Bat -The Musical, although as we've now heard from Jim this is progressing and I'm guessing Steve will be getting more involved as it becomes a bigger creature and closer to birth. I hope you've followed that. It's just my impression and maybe others remember it differently. Or maybe Steve can come on and answer himself. My impression would be that Jim isn't needed to further The Dream Engine but Steve is required to become more involved in Bat- The Musical as it evolves. This may further set back TDE or the hold-ups may be something else entirely from another party, I just don't know.
