| I quite liked Stoney & Meat Loaf - I've had both versions of the album on vinyl for years. Some good stuff, very different from the Meat we know and love and honestly quite cheesey, but enjoyable. "Heavy as Jesus" and "What You See Is What You Get" are both a lot of fun, and "She Waits at the Window" and "Kiss Me Again" are nice. "Who is the Leader of the People" sounds very Hair-like. "Jimmy Bell" was pretty good too. In regards to "Heavy as Jesus" it was just nice to hear the first song Meat sang for Jim. Rock history in the making! A CD issue of these tracks, possibly including the original "More Than You Deserve" and "Presence of the Lord," would be most welcome! Preferably with the "old timey photo" cover as the front artwork and the "meat loaf platter" photo inside the booklet. It's a cute photo, but honestly rather unappetizing. I was very glad to see a live version of "What You See" on that live album released a few years back. A good song that could use reviving. > I downloaded it, I'm going to give it a listen later on. > I've never even heard of this.
