Yawn. You started with "is", and ended with "may". You need to find out the difference.
Anyone may die between now and March. I could predict that for lots of people, and if I did it for say 100 people aged 60+ I'd probably be right for 10 of them. Doesn't mean anything.

Lots of people have serious life-threatening medical conditions but we'll still more than likely still be around come March.
