Nikki French was in the 2000 Eurovision with Dont Play That Song Again, and thank Christ they didn't.
Also Michael Ball was in the 1992 Eurovison with One Step Out Of Time, and he's sung a Steinman tune or so in the past. And Koit Toome represented Estonia in 1998 and he starred as Alfred in the Estonian production of Tanz (Vampiirise Tants)
