absolutely not! The song is very sexual, but he never says anything explicitly. As long as they dont understand what the song means it wont harm them, and when they do, they're old enough to listen to it.
It's like the old Grimm tales: They have a lot of violence and murder, but parents all over the world tell them to their kids, because the kids think the grandma is sitting in the tummy of the wolf and is knitting in their, they dont think of blood, teeth, pain, and death.
