That is my understanding... Hill Top Productions has been created to hold the rights in the Bat musical.
CEG own shares in Hill Top and will probably be one of many investors (bearing in mind the $20M costs Jim mentions)?
What I don't understand is why Ravenous Entertainment (if it still exists) isn't holding the rights (I'm sure Rinkoff and Sonnenberg would like a slice of the pie)?
