In the lates Entertainment Weekly, they have a little blurb about a pending musical based on Michael Jackson's "Thriller." EW then references 3 other albums that they think would make good musicals, and "Bat Out of Hell" is the first one they mention. Funny part is, they write that PBTDL would make a great musical number, and I'm like, "Yeah, and it has, many, many, many times."
Anyway, there is no suggestion whatsoever that a Bat musical is actually in the works, only that it is a good idea.
