Well to put it into perspective, Phantom 2 is about 8 months away from opening and they have no website yet, and only bits & pieces coming from RUG/ALW.
Plus Jim has previously said he finds talking about the 'behind the scenes' stuff 'tedious', so don't hold your breath for a comment (about the musical) in the next few months.
If it is happening in 2010 (which is the best guestimate at the moment), I would expect some press in late 2009 onwards.
I've no doubt Jim is working hard on the show, and wants it to happen, and I would suggest the only reason for it not to open is that they can't finance it.
