HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW?!?

I could never understand why people cant figure out the song. Its so fucking simple. Maybe when it first came out Meat went on too long to try to explain it. The simple explanation:

The line, "but I wont do that" is a reiteration of whatever the preceding lyrics were.

I wont lie to you, Id do anything for love but I wont do that.

I wont forgive myself if we dont go all the way tonight, Id do anything for love but I wont do that.

Ill never do it better than I do it with you, Id do anything for love but I wont do that (I guess he will only use his skilled moves on said love and not anyone else, hahaha).

And the whole ending! Jesus, it is a list of things he will do and a list of things he wont. Cut out some of the middle parts about dreaming and burning etc and the song explains itself.

Sure there may be some double negatives and strange visuals that muck things up a bit but it isnt that hard to figure out
