| Depends what you mean by "taking credit". Rory was credited with BVs on the Bad For Good album, and also had a thank you note on the back cover, but he was never credited as being lead vocalist on Surf's Up or R&R Dreams. And Jim has "shamelessly" lip-synched to Rory's vocals on TV shows - which I think is quite funny actually. Personally, I think both Meat and Jim are full of shit, so I don't take too much that either of them says too seriously.
