Indeed. It was the repeated off-board requests and reminders (to Justin - not to me) that started it, and which prompted my initial comment. What prompted his escalation I don't know.
I don't get a great deal of off-board requests for stuff, but I've always sent people whatever it is they're after if I have it. Same goes for several other people here.
But in the end it was a shame and a mess I havenīt
