For the third time? please direct me to the post and passage where you mentioned it a first time? I must have missed the part where you mentioned child molestation is unnacceptable.
What he said was serious enough for several people under their own volition to make a complaint. You can try and candy-coat it or make excuses for the guy any which way you want, but at the end of the day, provoked or not, he went completely over the top, and not for the first time.
