Interesting question. You could say Jim isn't doing anything so there's nothing to manage or you could say that even though Jim might not be doing much his manager should still be getting his name out there.
There's a load of stuff Jim could have his name on without much effort, compilation DVD's and CD's, books etc but there's nothing, I put that on the manager.
Jim will probably end up being most profitable when he's not around to enjoy it.
