Key to success? Equality? If by success you mean aiming for the lowest common denominator and then staying down below without reaching any heights you're right. Equality is the reason political correctness, stupid labels (Superman costumes do not enable you to fly) and a whole lot of ridiculous laws were invented. If equality would ever be reached, it'd be for the sake of individuality, a sacrifice I would consider to be too high.
