No, it's a side effect of the medication. The same happened to me when I started taking anti-depressants. It's actually written on the leaflet that comes with them, under 'possible side effects' along with the usual - dry mouth, etc. Also, the withdrawal symptoms Stephen described are common with the drug Seroxat, which is the one I took (it was also recently linked to an increased risk of suicide in teenagers).

The only way to come of them is to do it gradually, and ONLY when advised to do so by your GP. Take half a tablet for a few days, then half a tablet every other day etc. You'll still get some of the side effects, but like any 'addiction' they'll wear off with time.

And your sex drive will return, with a major fucking vengeance. Pun intended.
