Are you spelling like that in hopes that Meat Loaf might be able to read it? It is "copyrighting" and "per se" (though per se means, by or in and of itself which really doesn't fit into the sentence you wrote.) I wouldn't point out these mistakes... but the whole point of your post is your attempt to sell your writing ability... and if you look like an amateur when trying to do so, no one will take you seriously.
That being said, you would need to get in touch with his agent or management. Shouldn't be to hard to find with a couple of internet searches, and send it to them.
