| Its actually not at all true and not at all worth repeating that the Kopechne family received payment for not agreeing to an autopsy from the Kennedys. The money they did receive was from a settlement with Kennedy's insurance company. However, it is worth mentioning that the now late Joseph and Gwen Kopechne were never given a direct apology for their daughter's death by the now late Teddy. > No karma's the whole brain tumor that he got for murdering > her.
