That guy was so awful, he was actually entertaining. Probably more entertaining than someone who has medium talent. I think the show's producers look for great singers and awful singers. They seem to be the only two types who get through to sing in front of Simon. I never see a mediocre singer perform for the judges. Because awful and great are both entertaining. At least the awful Brummie liked a Jim song.
