He is trying to start an arguement. He always does. And then Pudding gets his nickers in a twist and claims that I am the troll. You are right that it shouldn't make any difference what country I live in (although I lived in New York for years). The Kennedy family are very famous in Europe as well. Perhaps their liberal politics make them even more popular here than they are in America. The British have always taken a keen interest in the Kennedy family. The funeral was live on BBC News at the same time as American television was covering it. Cable TV in England often shows Kennedy documentaries. Go into any British bookshop and you will find many Kennedy books. It is not just the Kennedys. The British public have always been very interested in American politics. Republicans too. Frost/Nixon is a British production. The fact is that American politics are fascinating. So you are right to question Mr. Smeg. He is both trying to starting an arguement and showing the board how ignorant he is. | |
