| If this means one or more new songs written and produced by Jim Steinman, it's great news! It's also great news for Loafers. I will point out, though, that Meat's comment about the email doesn't contain temporal information and follows a brief comment about "some of the things that happened" involving Bat III. It is possible that Meat received this email from Jim Steinman around the time that Bat III was released or a little after the settlement and he's not breaking news, but just expanding on his reference to the dispute over Bat III and what happened back then. I remember there being some talk of a greatest hits type album with some of the Steinman songs that weren't recorded for Bat III. I think it had the "climaxes and conclusions" label or something like that.
