I haven't heard of it. The article is all about how an entertainment lawyer is a poser pop star. Perhaps, she sang Paradise by the Dashboard Lights at a karaoke bar and is using that fact to "lawyer up" her resume.

Could it have been a tribute show organized by someone else using Jim's songs? Maybe Jim directed a stage adaptation of Brian DePalma's Phantom of the Paradise.

If I wanted to know something about Jim's less-known stage work, I'd ask Smeg, Ryan, or maybe Jim Steinman. I bet the reporter who wrote the story never bothered to check with anyone.
