There are tons of singers that could do it justice, and maybe more so than Pixie Lott, but could Jim get on those singers albums? My main point was the fact that she's managed by Sonenberg, which may give Jim a better chance of getting it released as a single with a contemporary artist. Not to mention she has the 'right look' (innocent, demure, flirtatious & smouldering, all at the same time) that I imagine someone should have, singing this song? Pixie Lott is on the ascendence in the UK and I don't think Safe Sex would work with the Black Eyed Peas? > Aren't there enough covers of Jim's songs? It would be a cover to Jim's fans, but not so to the wider public. It deserves to be a hit, or at least get heard by a wider audience. | |
