I sat down at the piano to play You Took The Words Right Out of My Mouth today, and I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I've played that, and a few others, every day for about as long as I care to remember, and I think I've just burned myself out on it. A real shame because it's still one of my favourites. I'm gonna be cutting back on For Crying Out Loud, just in case!
Anyone else done that? Or maybe over-listened, or just associate an otherwise great track with something unhappy that happened to take place while it was on?
