Meat and Jim live video?

I know there's audio of Jim appearing on Meat's Bat 2 tour (HCW, Objects, and Wasted Youth on Live Around the World). On Meat Loaf's Behind the Music, they show a short video clip of Jim playing the fire piano. This leads me to believe there's more video out there somewhere. Does anyone know if it's ever been sold or bootlegged? Or is it hidden away in some record company's archives?
