It's in the song. Each chorus has two things he'll do and one that he won't, followed by "I would do anything for love, but I won't do that."
He'll never:
"forget the way you feel right now"
"forgive myself if we don't go all the way tonight"
"do it better than I do it with you, so long"
"stop dreaming of you every night of my life"
And there's also "see that it's time to move on" and "be screwing around" at the end.
