| While Andrew Lloyd Webber seemed to salvage the UK last year, Waterman and Stock may have composed their worst entry ever this year. Spain and Germany are both up for the top spot this year though, so I wouldn't count it out completely. Voting is now done 50/50 between the public and jury voting, and last year it seemed to tone down diaspora voting somewhat.
