| Just what is the reason for why holding on to the demos? That's what I've never really comprehended - surely some of the demos we know exist have little to none actual purpose just sitting in a drawer somewhere or on a hard drive. Contractual issues with the people who recorded them? Copyright issues? Upload them and charge for the downloads if that's the case - I'd be more than willing to spend both one and two dollars per demo.
